About Our Program:
As HR executives, we know that one of the most important capacities you can hold is the capacity to influence behavior. Once you tap into the power of influence, you can begin to solve the problems you care about most - from the simplest to the most persistent, resistant, and profound challenges you can imagine. Richard Lee returns to BAHREC following a very highly rated program in 2005 on Crucial Conversations. Please join us for this fast-paced, interactive introduction to the new program, Influencer, by the same folks who brought you Crucial Conversations. Based on over 20 years of ongoing research -- from a Fortune 500 exec who brought a new product to market inÊa third the time of her predecessors, a tribal leader in Africa who eliminated a deadly disease, to the founder of a San Francisco conglomerate who transforms the most notorious ex-cons into productive citizens. Find out how they have built strategies to overwhelm the problem.

Reservations: Reservations must be made no later than noon on Friday, September 12, 2008. Send e-mail to Nancy Nelson here: reserve4bahrec at yahoo.com. Cost of the dinner is $45.00 per member and $55.00 per guest. Cancellations cannot be accepted after September 12, 2008. If space is available to accept reservations after that date, a $5 per person late fee will be charged. If you do not cancel and do not attend, you will be responsible for sending us a check for a dinner you did not get to enjoy. If you prefer a vegetarian entree or require a reasonable accommodation to attend the program, please note it when you RSVP.
We are required to contact the facility with a preliminary headcount on the prior Thursday and with the final headcount by noon on Friday. We cannot accept cancellations after we give them our final headcount because they will have already ordered the food and will charge BAHREC for those dinners.
In an effort to accommodate late reservations, the facility has agreed to allow for two additional dinners above our guaranteed headcount. The cost for late reservations (RSVPs received after noon on the Friday before the dinner meeting) will be $50 for members and $60 for guests. Please keep in mind that the opportunity for late reservations is limited.
Please RSVP early to guarantee your reservation and avoid the additional $5 charge!
